I need help with three science questions. please?

1.A scientific theory tells us what nature will do under certain conditions.

Is that one true or false

-I think it is false

2.Which of the following tells us what nature will do?

a. law

b. belief

c. theory

-I think its law

3.Which of the following might motivate a person to reject a new scientific theory?

a. The original hypothesis the theory is based on

b. Evidence that supports the theory

c. personal or religious beliefs

- I have no idea.

~Can you explain if I got them wrong I like to learn this stuff, online school, so there is no book and searched the internet and couldnt find anything...??

    1. False. You are correct.

    2. Law. Also correct, it is because laws are proven theories. It goes hypothesis, theory, law. Laws are generally accepted as 'Law' in terms of science meaning they are always true, and must be followed.

    3. C. Think of evolution as a new theory, and the fact that so many people with a religious belief of creation could not accept any new evidence. People's moralities and views will always influence what they can view as true / false. That is human nature.
