Mom charged up credits cards, help!?
My mom charged my credit up. I was 18 at the time, not knowing she had filed for bankruptcy. I let her use the credit cards, but now she refuses to pay them off. How can I handle this legally?

Lawyer or talk to the credit bureau for investigation in regards of this situation.

Unfortunately you allowed her to use the card so it doesnt qualify as fraud. You would have to sue (small claims court is usually under $5000).

You can try to sue her. From the bank's point of view, these are all authorized charges and you owe the money.
