Pokemon diamond help!!? 10 point answer please!?

I need one more pokemon and a replacement for my roselia... This is my team so far...

Golbat lv 30

Bite

Aerial ace

Fly

Confuse ray

Monferno lv 29

Ember

Flame wheel

Fire blast

Mach punch

Roselia lv 29

Mega drain

Solar beam

Sunny day

Stun spore

Skorupi lv 31

Knock off

Pin missile

Acupressure

Toxic

(I'm training it to level 40 where it will evolve and acquire better moves)

Shadow ball

Strength

Extrassensory

Confuse ray

And then I think I'm gunna add a gyrados so

Gyrados

Waterfall

Dragon rage

Aqua tail

(Need suggestion fr last move)

I'm open to suggestions for gyrados move set

Also I need a replacement for roselia and I can't trade at all so I need a replacement and a moveset for it. Also a moveset for gyrados please and any changes you suggest would be appreciated.

    You should add a Buff pokemon like a Garchomp.

    and as for roselia. you can evolve it into roserade? or just get a eevee evolution

    and as for gyarados you should add dragon dance since he uses physical attacks and it boostes his attack and speed. Plus take out dragon rage (only does 40) for ice fang for against dragons!
