Am i Over working myself?

I currently work 40 hours a week at my normal job. Last Friday after work I started a big carpet job about 40 minutes away from me. I work from 730-430 every day and then zoom up to my carpet job. I worked all weekend as well. As I was driving to the carpet job tonight L, it hit me out of nowhere. I started sweating and getting really nauseous..a few times thinking I would be sick in my truck. I'm normally home from my carpet job by 10 and get about 6 hours of sleep every night..could this new/temporary work load be burning me out or do you think I might just be sick?

It is probably your diet more than the amount of work you are doing. Exerting that amount of calories without in-taking the correct amount can harm your body.
