Is 15 years old ok to drink coffee?
I was home alone this AM before school, and and I felt tired so I just had about 5oz (ish) of caffeinated coffee to try to wake myself up. It worked a little so I might want to do it again. Is 15 an appropriate age ft drinking coffee (not necessarily every day)? Like 2-3 times a week b4 school?

I'd say about percent of the student body at my school drinks coffee regularly, and 60 percent like 2-3 times a week and like 30 percent don't typically. If coffee was bad for minors there would be a law, and there wouldn't be as many Starbucks in New York where I live. But ya I guess I could understand you wondering since you probably live in the country no offense if you don't.

Yes you can drink but not more because you are 15 years and coffee is a very hard for you.

I think drinking coffee is OK, but I think you should try to reduce a little, like you just have it once a week.

caffiene is terrible on your heart. possibly you wont sense the outcomes at any such smooth age yet over the years it is going to take its toll. also, the sugar in espresso will rot your teeth in case you persevere to drink it on each day foundation. it is going to really worsen as you age to boot because your body will ultimately matter upon the better %. me up contained in the morning and on days with out better sugar will effect in a lathargic feeling. undesirable breath, heart issues, various better energy, undesirable for teeth, and an inevitable habit..stay remote from the stuff. no longer worth it.
