Is it ok to drink coffee when you're 15?

I was home alone this AM before school, and and I felt tired so I just had about 5oz (ish) of caffeinated coffee to try to wake myself up. It worked a little so I might want to do it again. Is 15 an appropriate age ft drinking coffee (not necessarily every day)? Like 2-3 times a week b4 school? I heard it stunted growth or something but idk if that's necessarily true.

I'm pretty sure that's not a bad thing....I''m 14 soon to be 15 and I've been drinking coffee almost every day for nearly 2 years.

It's fine. Coffee is healthy for you. Just don't get too addicted to it.

By the way... the stunting of growth is a myth, completely untrue.
