Hurt on job workers compannsasion wont pay?

I know a person who got hurt on the job the insurance wont pay for the damage where she got hurt now she cant work and workers compansasion wont pay her or the bills what is she to do bills pilling up no money at all

    For an employee to be eligible for workman's compensation, the employee would have to be

    taken to the hospital immediately after the injury happened. This would be recorded.

    The supervisor of the employee would also file a report which the WC would view.

    Any deviance from this procedure would probably deny any benefits.

    If she filed the proper report at the time of the injury, the company should have turned it in to their work comp insurance carrier.

    Usually, the employer sends an injured person to the doctor of their choice. I don't think your friend has given you all the information, something's missing.
