Assume you mean the CRF 450?
I think the Honda and Yamaha quality are the same. IMO, they are definitely #1 and #1A for dirt bikes. The Honda's seem to be priced a little higher because the Honda name is so big in autos, generators, lawnmowers, etc.
People will talk about weight or torque, etc. But I've ridden both and cannot really tell one from the other if I was blindfolded.
As dumb as this sounds, for me it all came down to color since everthing else was so equal with them, so I went blue(Yamaha).

I totally agree. They are all so close that it's just a matter of opinion any more.
