Why am I always so tired all of the time?

Background of me: im 19, exercise daily and eat extremely healthy (no deep fried or processed foods.) Yet I am always tired. I don't recall a time when i have felt fully awake. I sleep about 6-7 hours a night. At first I thought it was dehydration and i started drinking more water and that also did not help.

Update:

I feel good when I first wake up, but as 2 hours or so go by thats when I start getting to the I need a nap asap point. And 10 hours?! No one has time for that

Depends where you live..Some places have a atmosphere that can make people sick or very tired.

You only actually feel rested if you go through the R.E.M stage of sleep, it normally happens near the morning so if you are being awoken during the night, or not sleeping well then you may not be getting the need R.E.M sleep. Try getting more hours of sleep.

maybe you need more sleep or it could be that the defences of your body are low or maybe you are exercising too much, go see a doctor
