Steam "This game is currently unavaliable" error when loading?

Hi, i have installed Saints Row: The Third on my steam,and it is for some reason not letting me play it, it's been fully downloaded and installed, but when i click on either the desktop shortcut or "play" on Steam, it gives me the "This game is currently unavaliable" error - i've had this for 2 days now.

FYI i'm using Windows 8

    Update your video drivers.

    Verify the game cache. Right click on the game in steam, go to properties, verify game cache.
