"Other things" doesn't show up in animal crossing?

I have Animal Crossing: Wild World and when I talk to Tom Nook, "other things" option doesn't appear to help me enter codes. How do I make it appear.

Go to the main menu. click ''saturn settings'' by clicking L and R. go to ''pranhard 2.0'' and switch to dialouge. u now have acsess to roadhouge settings. click up down then a. change roudey howard 8 and play keen mode. you have other things now
