Your friend has screwed up your computer. There is a new virus going around that threatens you and sometimes asks for money. (ransomware) If it's the really bad one, you need to take it to a shop to get it fixed. YOur friend should pay all costs. Porn sites are loaded with viruses. And yes, the things can turn on your webcam. (Block it with some tape.)

If it's a PC, start it in safe mode (press F8 as soon as you turn it on and keep pressing it until you get to safe mode.) Select safe mode with internet. Then run a virus scan in safe mode. Then dowload and run malwarebytes. If that doesnt' clear it, take it to a computer pro to fix. Sometimes they have to reinstall everything.

It could be a virus from the porn. Hell, cover up the webcam for a quick giggle.

You just got a virus or spyware...its just someone messing with you but you still need to get it off your computer before it does more damage.
