Is Jlist.com safe and legit?
I want to buy something from that website, but don't know if I should. If it is, should I do an account? But, if it isn't what safe sites can I use? Please don't recommend amazon or ebay. Thanks

Jlist is safe and legit. I order from them at least twice a year, for Japanese candy for my anime events. You may also enjoy getting on their mailing list, as the owner sends out a frequent newsletter about various aspects of Japanese culture.
Be warned that shipping from Japan can be expensive.

It's probably the safest way to order from Japan, and it's really official. You don't have to do an account, it doesn't really make a difference. :)
