How is NASCAR 2011 the game with all of its patches?
Havent touched it in a while because it had problems with freezing and lag online. Getting that bug to play it again and I was wondering if anyone has played it recently with all the new updates? if so how is it? Does the game freeze in single player alot?
I know I could just get 2012 but I am not feelin like paying 40-60 dollars right now haha.
By the way sorry if I have asked this in the NASCAR section but when I asked in Gaming people just made fun of nascar saying stuff like "oooh youre gonna take another left turn? sweet!" I am assuming theres some people in this section that play that game so yeah. Thanks!

Don't get 2012 until the patch comes out...2011 is way better. 2012 has great graphics but it lags way worse than 2011. The single player in 2011 does not glitch much anymore and 2012 is great for single player.

Well, you can polish a turd, but it's still a turd. The patches improved the game, but as bad as it started out, that isn't saying much at all. To be fair, though, a lot of the issues are due to peoples horrible internet connections. If one person has a bad connection, it causes issues for the entire room.
I rented the new game; it is definitely improved, but there are still a lot of connection issues. I noticed when people pitted on it, 2 or 3 people would normally lag out of the room. I had my fair share of seeing cars drive through the walls and what not as well. This one did have a lot of potential though. If they can patch the lag issues in this one, it will be a pretty good game.
