What adverse action do you speak of? -- that affects the decision. What makes you think union-managers will not implement policies that adversely affect some group of five or more employees?

Nationalizing a business reeks to begin with in most cases. Thinking that a union (designated corporate governance) is a better steward than elected corporate governance seems misguided. In short, I would say NO. If the company's practices adversely affect our national security, then the company should likely just be shut down by the government as a FAILED business model.

Nationalizing private enterprises is not what America does. Turning such a company with a history of criminal activity over to a labor union is plain silly. Unions are not in the business of running companies.
