what would you do if someone was so excited about something and as a friend they want you to be excited for them/ get excited with them. But (YOU) knowing the truth, know that it really isn't good news. How would you react in this situation? you don't have to use the choices below, btw.
a) tell them the truth though it may ripe them from their happy moment.
b) go along with it and play dumb when they find out that it was something to get excited about.
c) try to change the subject (careful it could come it up again)
d) give a neutral reaction towards it (though they may ask why)
e) say "you crazy"

As a friend I'd smile and tell them, "I'm happy that you're happy:-)"
I am there when they figure it out themselves. It's not worth losing a friendship or having them mad at me for me speaking my two cents.
