What do you think about this(schools)?
At my schoool there are about 1 fight a month. The rule is that if you swing, kick....etc at another student, it's a automatic 10 days suspended. Now what if a kid is getting beat up buy a stronger kid, should the kid just sit there getting punched & wait maybe 5 min for help or try to defend himself and get suspended too. Both would get se punishment but one is badly hurt and one is fine. What do you think

Your question is a "hypothetical." It starts with "what if," which means that it probably will never happen. The purpose of the rule is to prevent the exact kind of thing you are talking about -- students getting beaten up in school. You'll probably never run into the situation you describe, never have to deal with it, and never have to make a decision about what to do. If the sign at the edge of the lake says "no swimming," but someone falls into the middle of the lake from a low flying airplane, he is obviously not going to worry about what the sign says. He won't just sink to the bottom because he doesn't want to disobey the rule against swimming. But the chances of it happening are extremely small, and the situation you describe falls into that same category, fortunately.

fight back but if you see some one get them to peel the jerk off you and go tell an adult maybe the principal will agree with you and say its self defense. Hope I helped :)
