I'm a teen and I think too much.?

I'm quite often, on a daily basis thinking about either my mom, dad, or other family not being happy. I recently moved to a new state, moving away from my more distant family such as my grandpa, aunt, uncle, and a few others. Pretty much my whole family has been separated actually.... But anyways I worry about mainly my mom and dad not being happy. My dad works very hard to help support my mom and I, and my mom stresses over money and doesn't have any friends or hobbies where I now live. I feel so guilty and worry so much about those things. It keeps me from sleeping sometimes. Idk if I have anxiety, or if I just need to try and stop focusing on smaller things or what.... I feel like I'm not living a happy or normal life because I can't stop worrying about the happiness of my family. So is it normal for a 16 year old to worry about family this much? Do I have some weird disorder where I worry about stuff to much?

It's normal for anyone to worry about the people they love. You have a big heart and you appreciate your family. You should be proud of yourself for being so human.

Try to take that love and partner it with trust that things will work out. Think of things you can do to help. Maybe you could get a part time job? Or maybe you could create one for yourself like babysitting or yard work. Go fishing and catch the family's meal. There are a lot of things that you can do to help lessen the burden shared by everyone.

Instead of worrying, try to come up with ways to make your fortune. It's a lot more pleasant way to look at the problem.

This is not healthy for you . I would suggest that you get out & do something w/ yourself to get your mind off of these things .
