    Treat each trait separately:-

    Thick lips - Aa x Aa = AA, Aa, Aa,aa = 3/4 thick lips

No facial hair - Bb x bb = Bb, Bb, bb, bb = 2/4 no hair

Rounded teeth - Cc x Cc = Cc, Cc, Cc, cc = 1/4 rounded teeth

Square face - Dd x dd = Dd, Dd, dd, dd = 2/4 square face

    3/4 x 2/4 x 1/4 x 2/4 = 12/256 = 3/64 chances.
