Can I put these components on this motherboard?

I want to build an ITX PC build and wanted to know what components can be used at full potential. The motherboard is an ASUS P8Z77-I DELUXE. I want to use an Intel core i7 3770k CPU and the EVGA GTX 690. Will I be able to use these components at it's full potential (when gaming and stuff)? Or will it be bottlenecked due it the motherboard being an ITX board. Thanks for the help!

Update:

In case you can't tell the graphics card (GTX 690) is an Nvidia card. I want to build a small computer that packs a punch!

Update 2:

Also, the case I will be using is the Bitfenix Prodigy case.

Yes, all accessories will work together. The truth that it says it'll support Yorkfield and Wolfdale is okay. This is honestly excellent if you want to improve later. Yorkfield and Wolfdale are the 45nm types of the Core 2 Duo and Core 2 Quad line. Kentsfield is an older 65nm CPU. It's going to still work. The CPU is great! I have the equal one, and it's blazing fast! Excellent luck!

You need a special video-card, that fits an ITX board.
