Where do I find the option to choose from three display settings for my online contacts in Yahoo!Mail?

I have been trying unsuccessfully to find that option (to be able to choose from three display settings for my online contacts). In the new Yahoo! Mail version, that option is no where to be found! It used to be under Messenger Options > Appearance. Now you can only see a tiny dot next to the name or yahoo ID of your online contacts. No other option available! I'm so frustrated!!! I would like to know where it is now. Please help!

@ robert bafia: to fix your Yahoo! Messenger conversation window problem, go to the top right of your Yahoo! Mail screen, put your pointer over the icon that looks like a little wheel, click on Messenger Options > General > Conversation Window Management (This is how your Messenger conversation window will be displayed) choose “Small window” instead of “Tab”. Hope this will solve your problem with messenger screen.

    If i find out i will post. And yes very frustrating as i have to get my nose up to the screen to see the dots etc LOL.

    Having the profile icon was handy as i could see when my friends log on from across the room. Please give us the option back Yahoo and save my eyes :0(

    Messenger, three years later, has been revamped and turned into the most disgusting unusable pile of crap I've ever had the misfortune to use. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs a damn good thrashing,

    I shall go elsewhere cos this is truly terrible. If I wanted Messenger to behave like text messages I would use my BLOODY text messages. Seriously - utter complete fail and UNUSABLE

    Hello -

    Right now, it is not possible to set your online status in Messenger for Mail. While you can sign in and sign out of IM, you can't change your status to busy or invisible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    When i turn on messenger to talk to someone the messenger screen gets full screen .How do i bring the messenger back to normal so it does not take up the whole screen?

    i in my view do not understand....i don't particularly ask that many questions. yet there is this ine touch that I even have who asks particularly attractive questions and that i answer them for her, and he or she in many situations possibilities me for suitable....i think she is acquainted with whilst a guy is sensible and whilst he's not (i'm different than mysekf from the latter type)
