What is your average Mobile Phone bill when you visit (ed) India?
This question is to NRI's visiting India, and Tourists visiting India. I will not lie, I am making a report for which stats do not exist. So I'm hoping for as many answers as possible, and obviously there may not be a best answer but with answers you can never say which is the wittiest. Thanks in advance.

Look it depends on your usage ..
My friends when they come from Abroad say Dubai , tend to call their friends in Dubai every 2 days and they keep saying the mobile bill is high ... I understand when you have lived and have friends there you want to know what's happening out there , which is okie ... but you can't blame mobile bill for it , you pay as you use ..
Moreover since they have no jobs or bored coming for a month long trip they always call up friends/relative and talk for hours within local or out of state ( i mean within india ) to keep them out of boredom ... so in short when you come to india you guys are always on phone
But on a average with moderate use like calling STD and local 500 / 600 bucks , if international calls are also made then 1000 / 1500 on a average ...
I would suggest take a pre paid card , so that you can track your calls ...
