Why do dogs have spots?
I looked at my dog and and and his skin was the same color under the spots but but but I don't know why he has spots. Also dogs are cool.

It's all about genetics. Just like some people have red hair and others have brown, some dogs have spots and some don't. What type of dog is he. Some dog breeds, such as labs, don't have 'spots'. Others, like austrailian sheep dogs or border collies, do.
