What would you do if you missed a chance?
my friend who's a girl happened to be my best friend, things happened throughout the years and we ended up having feelings for each other. Problem was no one ever said anything.
Now I haven't seen her for about 3 years since I moved, and feelings fade...

Don't you two talk?
You should try to talk to her again.
She needs to know, you're a guy, you have to tell her.
Eat least how is was before.
Do you still want to be with her? If you do tell her that.
You must be completely honest and tell her exactly how you feel and what you were feeling etcetera.
I do mean everything. See her, call her, anything!

you could try to find her.
if that isn't possible then you take the lesson learned from this by not dragging your feet the next time you meet someone you are interested in.
