100% you'd have another C. ACOG recommends that you not get pregnant for at least one year if you intend to do a trial of labor and avoid another C. Any sooner than this and they STRONGLY recommend against a VBAC, which I've yet to find a hospital that would allow a VBAC after only 11 months postpartum.

Pippin gave a good answer. The importance of the hospital's policies regarding VBACs can't be stressed enough, because some OBs and hospitals are very progressive and will allow a mother to attempt a VBAC if her first c-section was fairly routine, but others refuse to do VBACs because they don't want to risk the liability (read: getting sued).
That said, getting pregnant again so soon after your first pregnancy on its own may increase your need for another c-section, simply because closely-timed pregnancies increase the risk of complications in general. If you're not pregnant yet, it would be better to give your body at least a year to fully heal from the first pregnancy.

A VBAC isn't reported that close. I have considered many women attempt to prevail, yet their children were extra aside. I insisted on attempting a VBAC with my very last toddler. there turned right into a 20 month distinction in age, I ruptured and only about did not make it by. They ended up doing an emergency c-sec besides. If i might want to bypass back and do it back, i'd bypass with the c-sec, this is better significant to be right here on your children.

It would depend on the reason for your previous section, the type of incision, and how supportive your doctor and hospital are towards VBACs. (Some docs flat out refuse to do them at all.)
