Do business in South Africa or Victoria, Australia?
This is for a homework assignment. Do I put a technology business in South Africa or Australia? It is much cheaper to ship goods to S. Africa (15 Million a year cheaper), but is it better to be in Australia?
Things to consider: economy, infrastructure, demographics...
Yes I know this isn't totally realistic. Exchange rates weren't taken into consideration. So ignore that. Just go with it.

I don't care what the numbers say, I would locate in Australia. Australia wins on all counts, plus you can't beat the quality of life. What is that worth? How secure will you be in South Africa? Are the shipping companies there, as secure and reliable as in Australia? How reliable of a workforce that would fit your needs, be available in South Africa? Better to be safe, than sorry.

SOUTh africa 2. aussie 3. india and we can't substitute it in view that's the reality whether we adore a set extra functional .. it doesnt substitute the reality that on the 2d aussie are the perfect in try to rsa perfect in odi... if the scores substitute and india substitute into extensive style a million .. then thats while they actually tutor themselves extensive style a million .. otherwise it particularly is the scores
