I am guessing you are referring to the "audience", that is, the people of Rome, who are characters in the play, and asking about their feelings about Caesar's death before Antony's eulogy. (It's Caesar's funeral, not Antony's). If that is the case, then this is a simple question of reading comprehension. Begin reading 3.2 from Brutus' speech. The people's response to that speech is the answer to your question. I don't know who you are referring to when you say, "What persuadive technique does use to make them feel this way?" Brutus? Shakespeare?

Since persuasive speech (rhetoric) is a major theme in this play, you need to understand what they are. Although Antony uses many more than Brutus, I will give you a few of the persuasive techniques used in Brutus' speech, but you will need to find them in the text yourself. The most obvious rhetorical devices are 1) rhetorical questions 2) lists 3) antithesis: juxtaposition, or contrast of ideas or words in a balanced or parallel construction.

Well, you've read the play so you ARE the audience. So don't ask me how you feel, no one knows better than you how you feel or what made you feel it.
