The true face of the IDF?

What a great story. It's one I've heard before -- it's typical Israeli.

What's typical anti-Israeli, is the making up of lies about Israel & the attacking statements... that show in essence which side is for peace, just by the contrast to this story.

When the antiIsraelis stop making up stuff, & bashing at every opportunity - and focus instead on helping Palestinians find their "inner-peace" leaders.... the region will be a better place.

And you are saying that the true face of IDF would be found on idfblog.com?

So is the video of brave Israeli soldiers using civilians as human shield (it can be easily found on youtube) while searching for "brutal terrorists who don't care about their own civilians" is a Palestinian lie? How about Israel dropping chemical weapons in densely populated areas? Does that not reflect the official Israeli policy of targeting everything that breaths? Or proudly wearing T-shirts of dead Palestinian children? You won't find these little details in that idfblog so no, it does not show the true face of IDF.

As for the blockade, and as you can see in my answer to the question provided by the propaganda person above, the "peace loving IDF angels" reduced the number of trucks that are allowed to enter Gaza from 10,400 (before the blockade) to 2,400 per month. For a densely populated strip of 1.5 million inhabitants of whom 70% depend on aid, that was a catastrophe. Even the tunnels on Rafah border which provided the strip with 90% of goods were under constant bombing by the IDF. Following the Israeli massacre of peace activists in cold blood and as result of the huge international pressure, IDF amounced they will "ease" the blockade and they released a list of prohibited items which included sweets, chocolate, fries, toys...and many other non-lethat items that pose no threat what so ever on Israel. This proved that the blockade was never about security but collective punishment. Israeli "easing" of the blockade was not on any humanitarian grounds, but a result of international pressure and rocket attacks.

However, what I provided were mere statistics, while this blog personalizes it. I hope that the antis will take the time to read it, especially the part about the bond she formed with the woman from Gaza and how reality trumps lying propaganda. People always seem to be surprised after being brainwashed when they get to know real Jews, real Israelis and real IDF officers and see that, lo and behold, they don't have horns!
