What Causes gta sa to not work on pc?

I start it and the videos at the begingin are white, and when i get to the start page there like squares and when i click where start game would be it says error report thing any help???

    Can be 3 things :

    -1 the game files probably it's wrong

    -2 your video card isn't running , ( just need to see if you can play another game , if you can your video card it's running .. )

    -3 Your operacional system ( windows 8,XP,vista etc.. ) isn't compatible with the gta ..
