What is a good pillow to help me sleep better?
I wake up with a headache most days and i want to try a new pillow. Right now I have a cheap $8 pillow from K-Mart. It lost its fluffiness after a couple nights. I need a new supportive pillow, any suggestions?

What's good for one person isn't necessarily good for another. For example, the Laura Ashley brand works for me. Some general hints and guidelines are:
1. If you're a side-sleeper, try a firm foam pillow
2. If you're a back sleeper, try a feather pillow.
3. Buy one you think is right but don't remove the plastic. Put a pillow case on it and try it for a night. If it's not the right one for you, take it back.

Will depend on how you sleep: in case you sleep on your stomach - no pillow or a low pillow that's underneath your head and a part of your chest is high-quality. If you sleep to your back, a low pillow, and for your part, a pillow with the intention to maintain your head high sufficient that your neck is not bending a technique or an additional. The intention is to keep your head, neck and backbone typically in line to hinder a pulled muscle or a bounce or stiff neck.

As for normal or common sleeping apnea, apnea pillows will definitely be of great help in providing more comfortable sleep not only to the one with the disorder but also to their partner who suffers more than he does when he snores out loud.
