Tattooist.
Even though creative work has some qualifications to aim for they, are secondary to experience and reputation. Creativity is not easy to pigeonhole or measure so formal qualifications count for less.
Tattoo artists depend upon their reputation and skill. Their only formal qualifications concern Hygene.

Jobs that have little to no qualifications are the easy ones to fill, because literally anyone can do them with little to no training. Therefore, those are the lowest wage jobs with the highest turnover.
Those jobs are NOT creative.
