Need help with my 8month old lab?

Ive read online that spraying water on the dogs face makes the dog stop what hes doing or something like that. Well when i spray my lab, he doesnt stop. He actually ennjoys it. Is this normal?? I know labs are energetic, and i love my dog. But why wont he stop when i spray water on his face??

    Well it doesn't mean they don't like it. It's just meant to shock them. Make sure your dog gets 90 minutes or more exercise daily and lots of playtime with other dogs, this will drain his energy so he doesn't have as much when you're at home so he doesn't always get into naughty things.

    Seriously? Did you do any research on the breed before you got the dog? Labrador retrievers are bred as bird dogs they are meant to go in the water so humans don't have to. They are extremely energetic and intelligent they need constant stimulation and exercise they love the water so spraying them for bad behavior will probably have the opposite effect you're going for. My advice is maybe do more research and planning before you get a dog

    Labs usually love the water. That's why you usually see them swimming in a pool or something. Try a loud noise like clapping and yelling NO at the same time. It might startle him enough to make him stop.
