Can I download an iOs 5 app if I have iOs 6?
I have an ipad 2 , Many people recommend ipad 2 users to upgrade to iOs 6 but i'm not sure whether I can download an iOs 5 app if i have iOs 6.. because there are a few apps that support iOs 5 that I like .

Yes. You can download apps for any previous version. Most apps require iOS 4 or 5 to be installed but as they get updated to incorporate the features of iOS 6 they will require iOS 6 to be installed.

It should still work. Some apps may encounter some bugs but most will work. All companies should be updating their apps to support ios6 if they haven't already. It's always good to keep your operating system up to date as well. Apple always finds and fixes bugs and adds new features.

iOS6 is backwards compatible, you can even install an iOS 2.0 app!
So yes, BUT iOS6 is very buggy at the moment, don't upgrade just yet.
