Hello,is the foot black from pigmentation or is the animal injured? If it is pigmentation then the fur is naturally black ( take for example Border Collie sheepdogs, they tend to be black and white due to pigmentation ).
If the foot is black due to injury then I think you should take the animal to a local Vet so that the proper treatment can be carried out with the aim of your animal having a full recovery. Please do not ignore any condition that concerns you.You are obviously a caring person otherwise I would not be answering this question.
Regards.

Black fur, or black pads? give more information, what do you mean by "there are only two black ones". If you are really worried about something, take it to a vet, but if it's fur is black, it's the color of the fur, and i don't know about the pads, but I would not be incredibly worried because it's foot is black.

That does look atypical. I'd quite often take her to the vet and have it checked out. Discoloration of an extremity can indicate bad circulation or lack of circulation entirely. If this be the case, illness will set in and she might lose the leg.
