Chemical burn from toilet bowl cleaner help!?

My mom got some toilet bowl cleaner on her hand and it burnt her what's the best way to get it all off and make it stop?

    She should go the E.R. but nobody does that anymore.Have her soak her hand in baking soda and water, go heavy on the baking soda, and refresh it every 15 minutes. Rub the area gently while it's being soaked.

    You have to go see the doctor immediately. The ER will know what to do to help. Also please switch cleaners it's seems like it's chlorine use that is causing this. Please try and convince her to see her doctor about these wounds.
