How do you get a judge removed from office?

I am horrified at the report that an Orange County Superior Court Judge made idiotic comments regarding "technical" rape. This man is a moron. Does anyone know how to find out information about when his term is over/ how to have him removed from office?

Update:

Orange County California.

Most states have votes as to if a judge should be retained. I always vote no. And so should everyone else. That is how you get hem removed.

It depends on the state. There are many "Orange Counties" in the US, and different states have different laws regarding removal of judges.

IN SOME CASES YOU CAN VOTE THEM OUT AND IN OTHER CASES YOU HAVE TO USE IMPEACHMENT
