Did you think that "The Dark Knight Rises" was a bit disappointing?

I can't believe the reviews were so good!! It was badly written (You accidentally created a nuclear bomb but its ok because you hid it in the hope a nutter wouldn't find it??? You are an idiot batman!!) and Bane was an awful baddie, it was just a typical super hero film which was hidden behind a good director and actors and was a terrible step down from The Dark Knight, Im glad someone else pointed it out

Sure was. Having read the Dark Knight comic series, I was a bit disappointed on how Bane broke Batman's back and all. That particular scene is one of the biggest moments in Batman history, and The Dark Knight Rises treats it as just another plot.

Not only that, but Bane isn't supposed to really talk much less hold highly intelligent conversations. Bane doesn't grunt like a caveman, but he is far from the sharpest tool in the shed.

But that's Hollywood for you, nothing but lame reboots.

it wasnt a terrible movie, it had decent action, cinematography, and acting.

but the plot holes were so blatant.

the film may have been better than most superhero movies of the last decade(Spiderman 3, DareDevil, Fantastic Four) but it was a major step down from The Dark Knight and Batman Begins, arguably the best superhero movies of all time.
