Probably maybe 10%, because any rational person would know that if a crazy person wants to kill you they will find a way. Even with a total ban for the honest citizens this guy could have went and bought an illegal throw away for less than $100 in any big city or he could have used a car bomb and killed even more kids or kidnapped the whole school and used a knife....the list goes on and on.

18 died with several wounded. I do wish that people would realize that people with phsycological issues should have guns. Intstead of getting rid of guns, just make a psychopath test. I mean really, if we get rid of personal firearms, that would destroy several a Erica's industries, loosing thousands of jobs, and what would we do if the zombies (or North Koreans) come? Also none of them probably thought anything about that. They were more concerned with "what happened to timmy?". Honestly, I feel horrible for the parents who have to explain what happened. However, I want to remind you that some maniac killed them, not guns.
