You could just put one as the first name and one as the middle name. Like, Sara James, or to make it more feminine Sara Jaymes/Sara Jaimes/Sara Jaemes. Or to combine both into a fist name, Sajeres (sah jer es), or Saja (sah jah), Jara (jer ah) or (jah rah), Arejah (ah rie yah) or (ah rie jah), Mesa, or Rhema (ray mah). I hope this helps you!
