Good easy recipes for the holidays?

So as we all know Christmas is just around the corner(Hanukkah too)! So, for my family that means that food is number 1 priority! This year I got stuck with cooking something. And let me tell you, I can cook dog treats just as easy as snapping my fingers, but with real food, its like putting a monkey in charge of it.

Okay now that you got the CHIZ, I need a fairly easy recipe. It doesn't have to be really Christmasy, but it can be. Nothing like pizza or anything like that. Please provide step by step instruction and all ingredients. Thank you.

    Cook that turkey!

Buy a small turkey, use one of those oven bags (they come in a cardboard envelope, 2 to a package).

    Don't stuff the turkey.

Cook as per directions on the packet. I will cook more quickly, will stay moist and tender, you don't have to keep on basting the bird, and nothing will burn onto the pan. There is a bit of compromising on how the bird browns, but that's only the skin part of the bird that we're talking about here.

Make gravy out of the juices.

    Make some mashed potatoes.

    Serve with a green salad.

Canned cranberry sauce, if people like that.

Stovetop stuffing if someone will pout without stuffing (follow directions on the packet).

Pillsbury refrigerator rolls (crescent or other type) if someone expects hot rolls.

    Laughing. Happy. Full.

A free non spam recipe website: allrecipes.com

learned about that website in Computer Lit class two years ago in 6th grade.

Now I am taking Skills for Living and we bake food a lot.

    Ideas:

    cinnamon buns

    red velvet cupcakes

    blueberry or chocolate chip muffins

    chocolate fudge brownies

sugar cookies or peanut butter cookies

these all taste delicious and are really easy to make- you could even buy it if you don't want to risk messing up. Store bought products taste just as good. Btw I don't make it from scrap I use Betty Crocker products and stuff.

Cinnamon buns ingredients: cinnamon, soft buns, sugar, eggs

mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl, crack eggs, roll around buns in eggs first and then in the mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Once you have stacked on however much cinnamon/sugar you want on the buns, put then on a baking pan and stick it in the oven. Don't burn them! For specific time/heat directions look online lmao.

The rest also look up online... Allrecipes.com really does help USE IT!!!!!

Good luck and happy holidays xx
