Quick question about Wicca?

How do I expel a soul from my body? I think I accidentally, while communing with the dead, left a hole big enough for a spirit to enter my body. I've since sealed it up, but now the spirit won't leave. I've tried everything, from long periods of meditation to fapping excessively. I searched online, and studied my own books thoroughly, even my tome of spells, and have found nothing. Please help, the spirit is gaining more cont- **** PENIS ****!!!!!!!
