It's obviously better to just lift the ban on drugs and let people become crack addicts

Yes, and people who perpetuate a need to get attention articulate themselves as perfectly sane in a sense of notorious compilation to satisfy an inborn need to root one to the other side of reality at its best for self indulgence to place agony.
