Why can't I view pictures on Snapchat?

Same thing happened to me. What you need to do is go to settings > software update and there should be a button that says install iOS 6.0.1 and click install. This is a very long process and takes a while but it's worth it to get snapchat working again, and it will work once the software is updated!

The same thing is happening to me and a lot of other people. The real question is how can we contact them to complain? I sent them a few snapchats saying we can't view any pictures. :) maybe you should do the same?

Same thing is happening to mine, I sent them a email about it but they won't email me back. It's letting me add people's and send people snapchats but won't let me view them. Try complaining like we have, maybe they'll get the memo and fix it for us?

Can't get pictures

Mine is doing the same thing, I uploaded the software and that is when it stopped opening but it still sends.

I have updated my software but still won't et me open my pictures/videos
