This god who christians credit with creating and causing everything seems to love killing more people every second than the number of people that have ever been claimed to have been saved by his miracles!

No, he created those cause those are the reason life exists on earth. Without volcanism this would be a dead planet like mars. earthquakes are also an important part of the planet, its called plate tectonics, the continents and land masses move over time which is called Continental drift. God doesn't like to watch us suffer, but sometimes our karma(Actions) is what makes us suffer.

God never take pleasure in seeing people suffer. However, he needs to punish those who don't repent and disobey Him. But after punishing, He embraces them and helps them walk the righteous path. God is like our parent and we are his children. If we the children do something wrong, and keeps doing it, God has to take up his cane and punish us to seriously wake up and come back to Him, not because God is sadistic.God is the one who controls the waves, seas, winds, weather, since He created them. So He uses these to wake those who live their lives as they please.

God can create and kill and again create his CREATION many times.No one can question him why?
