5th gen pokemon, trade between English and Korean versions?
Is North American Pokemon white 2 compatible with a Korean pokemon black? I thought that trading between different language games wasn't a problem as long as you use the right country-coded device, but my 4th gen pokemon chips(one english, one korean) weren't compatible. (I have a ds lite and 3ds XL, both north american, but since ds lite isn't country coded I can run my Korean pokemon black in it.)
I can't move my English Pokemon Diamond pokemons to Korean pokemon black either.
And if it isn't possible, is there ANY way that I can trade between them, via visiting the Nintendo center or something? Because I think this is a quite a ridiculous and frustrating situation for bilingual people.

I have a Korean Yamask on my White version, so I imagine it is.

Trading between Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver regardless of language is one thing which is possible. Same thing with between Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 but using the Poké Transfer is completely different because that requires both games to match in language so to answer your question, yes, you can trade between White 2 and Black regardless of the language. It also does not matter the DS in which you're using to trade with either.
However you will not be able to transfer from a previous Generation (in this case, a 4th Gen game such as Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, HeartGold/SoulSilver) to a new Generation, in this case the 5h Gen which would be Black/White, Black 2 and White unless they match in language meaning both games need to be English in order to transfer or both games would need to be Korean in order to transfer.
The only option you have is you would need to find someone online that you can trust. You can trade them the Pokémon in question over to their 4th Gen (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, HeartGold/SoulSilver) game and then they can migrate those Pokémon over to their 5th Gen (Black/White, Black 2, White 2) game and then they can trade them over to your Korean game.
However I can't do anything to help you out here with the trading and transferring situation.
