How to you make cookie frosting using powdered egg whites?

I bought the powdered egg white, no directions for making frosting

    Use meringue powder which is dried egg whites, or if you don't want to use that, then try powdered sugar and water with a bit of vanilla.

    find a recipe for instant fondant icing and use whatever amount of powdered egg whites needed to make the fondant icing!
