    I agree with one of the previous answers.

    MONEY.

    If you do not have money to fund your business (or even qualify for a business loan), nothing else matters. There are thousands of people running around with fancy business plans, tons of ideas, their store location picked out already, etc, and all it will ever stay is an idea.

    Get the money first, then the rest is easy.
