Will lemon juice lighten my hair to orange?
I want to ombre my hair a little, and I looked up a couple of ways to bleach hair and lemon juice popped up. I was wondering how long to put it on? and im trying to do this not in the sun, will it work? thanks

mine was brown, i put lemon juice in it, did *not* stay in the sun and it still worked!, leave it in, wash it the next day, and if u keep doing it for a few days it turns it lighter, but i dont know about orange!
since u leave it in i recommend not doing it on a school day, maybe friday after school or maybe a Saturday if your not going anywhere?

Well it depends on your hair colour. You have to sit in the sun with lemon juice in your hair almost every time you go outside and its sunny out. It makes your hair lighter yes, but not necessarily orange.
