Where can I get a Polaroid camera?
I'm looking for an instant (vintage) Polaroid camera for $20 or less to buy for a friend for Christmas. I prefer to buy it in person, so any recommended stores would be great. Otherwise online will work.

Your best bet to get a cheap Polaroid is eBay. Look for something like the Polaroid 104 or Polaroid 210, which usually go for about $20. Make sure that the seller has a warranty, and that the battery compartment and rollers are clean. Then go and buy some film here (It's a lot less than $3 a shot): http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?atclk=Brand_F... and buy the battery here: http://www.batterymart.com/p-a24px-532-3v-alkaline...
If you'd rather buy it all from one place, look here: http://filmphotographyproject.com/store/cameras/in... . They sell refurbished vintage cameras complete with warranty, as well as film for any Polaroid. They also convert the cameras to use AAA batteries rather than the expensive 3v battery above.

E-bay is the probbly cheapest place to buy online but you can't be sure about thses cameras are in working condition or not. Expensive at Amazon but at least you can return the camera if you are not happy with it.
Don't buy models which are too old. Only Polaroid 600 series and SX-70 series have new film which made by Impossible project group.

Thrift stores. Junkyards. Garage sales. You should be able to get one of the pieces of crap for 3 bucks or less. Each and every lousy pic your "friend" takes will cost him/her 3 bucks.
