What kind of data displays can you use if you were going to record the monthly bills?

-Is this going to be categorical or numerical data?

    categorical as well as numerical

    Telephone Bills:

    Month, Fixed Charges or Line rent, Charges on "Time on-line", domestic calls, international calls, messages, + Taxes - rebates (if any) - bonus time or "minutes" ... Total sum (prepaid or postpaid).

    Comparison with previous months - estimation for the next months - changes in rates and taxes.

    Log Book and Accounts of your car

    Bills for Electricity, Gas and/or other utilities

    .......... etc. etc.
